Burn (Red): Our standard Burn band features our proprietary Dura-Stretch technology and provides 45lbs of total resistance at full stretch. This makes it ideal for novice/intermediate trainees or exercises that lend themselves to a lower resistance profile such as:

• Standing Hip Extension
• Standing Hip Adduction
• Standing Hip Abduction
• X-band Walks
• Hip Flexion
• Plank March (aka. resisted mountain climber)
• Pull-Aparts
• Offset Pull-Aparts
• Scapular Retractions
• Resisted Push-ups
